The New Mexico Tree Farm Program is led by the New Mexico Tree Farm Committee and supported by the Forestry Division of the New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department. As part of the American Tree Farm System®, a program of the American Forest Foundation, NM Tree Farm connects private forest landowners with education, resources, professional guidance, and a community committed to responsible forest stewardship. Together, these efforts help landowners sustainably manage healthy, productive woodlands while supporting wildlife habitat, clean water, forest resilience, and the long-term value of their land for future generations.
